INSTALLATION OF THREE PERGOLA AWNINGS ON CONCRETE STRUCTURE

Project made of three pergola awnings installed on concrete structures to cover the light hole.

One of the awnings measures 4.78m x 2.35m and the other two 2.70m x 2.38m with acrylic canvas and textured silver aluminum Ral.

Due to the shutter box of the house, the two awnings at the front of the house were fitted with a transverse strut, in order to be able to fix the supports of the guides. On the other side, the supports were fixed directly to concrete, giving a lot of rigidity to the general structure.

To finish off the installation, water protection spoilers were installed to cover the awning when it is closed, increasing its useful life.

Once the awning is closed, it was calculated that it would not exceed 25 cm in height, making it completely hidden from the inside of the house.

Although their main objective is to create shade, the installation of these awnings meant an important aesthetic improvement to the house as a whole.
