VERTICAL AWNINGS

Characteristics and advantages of vertical awnings

Vertical Awnings are a product designed for vertical enclosures of terraces, balconies, pergolas, bioclimatic or technical corridors.

They can be free-falling or guided to facilitate closing with different systems according to the needs of each space.

The vertical closure concept is always complementary to awnings that offer direct roof shade protection. Whether it is a shed, a terrace, a wooden pergola or a sliding or technical awning, there is always the possibility of making the side closure with a vertical awning. Their function is to protect us from the sun, rain or wind, and they are made with different types of fabric or canvas according to the needs of each terrace.

All models allow drawer closure except for those with an integrated transparent PVC window.

The aluminum is extruded with direct press and finished with the powder coating system, hardened at high temperatures of the Qualicoat brand with guarantee certificate QC-0706.
All fixings and pins are made of stainless steel, to guarantee maximum durability and mechanical resistance over the years.
The supports can be fixed frontally, laterally or to the ceiling and are made with all the basic sun protection fabrics.

The opening and closing of all models can be manual or with a motor, with the possibility of adapting solar protection mechanisms to guarantee the protection of the awning.

The most common models are:

Vertical with guides or free fall.

The awnings   vertical with side guides or free fall, are a product designed for vertical fall closures, with the possibility of incorporating a PVC window with an anti-wind guide profile.
The usual fabrics are acrylic canvas and PVC , which can be combined with transparent PVC windows to give visibility to the outside (very common in hospitality) or also with technical fabrics such as Screen or Soltis that allow you to see the outside.

They can be installed with a manual or motorized opening and closing mechanism.

Stor awnings

The Tendal Stor (or curtain) is one of the most common systems in the installation of awnings for balconies,   and stands out for its resistance to atmospheric agents, thanks to its fixing to the ceiling and railing when it is lowered.

The set of 50 cm arms that adapt in their fall profile, allow us a series of positions according to the needs of each moment.

The Stor awning can be made with any fabric: Acrylic, Soltis, Screen or PVC.
The opening and closing mechanism can be manual or motorized.

straight point

The Straight Point awning   is a vertical awning concept with built-in spring arms and designed for windows that do not have a balcony.
It is an awning that offers excellent protection both from the sun and from outside prying eyes, since its closure can be at 45º, or completely vertical.
Its opening and closing mechanism can be manual or motorized.

Ely side

It is a very functional and aesthetic chest - type awning that has a lateral drive that allows the canvas to be stretched with an integrated adjustable spring winding system up to 4.00 mts. and to a fixing point on the terrace itself or to an aluminum prop with a built-in foot that can be fixed to the floor, which is also supplied if necessary .

It is made with acrylic canvas or technical fabric. Unlike the other vertical awnings, this awning model does not allow a PVC window.
