The Aland box awning, with an innovative design, stands out for its minimalist straight lines, with top quality finishes.
It is the first chest awning of the Gaviota Simbach brand that allows 6.00 mts. in width without central support.
It is a product that offers the possibility of adjustable LED lighting in the arms, and also in the closing drawer. (both separately)
Its maximum width is 6.00 meters. with an exit of 3.00 mts, or 5.00 mts. wide, with a maximum exit of 3.50 mts.
The opening and closing maneuver, due to its dimensions, we always recommend that it be motorized.
The new Somfy iO motor incorporates the entire range of sun protection automations. (Eolis Wirefree wind sensor and Sunis iO light sensor)

Its regulation system, with a special gear on the arms, prevents them from becoming uneven over time, thus always maintaining the line of the frontal profile.
It is fixed to the wall with 2 supports / reinforced aluminum plates on the front or on the ceiling.
The finishes are in high-quality aluminum with a whole range of ral colors, both smooth and textured, and in this way it can be perfectly integrated into the facades where it is installed.
The particularity of this model is its aesthetic line. The whole of the drawer is square with very finely rounded sides, making it one of the models with a more modern design.

The fabric we recommend for this model is the acrylic canvas or the Soltis, since having arm lengths of up to 3.50 mts, they are the lightest fabric on the market and give the best results in these cases.
The construction of the fabrics is thermo-welded, with the advantage that the seams are not as thick as sewn canvases, and also because of the performance of where in the long term due to deterioration.
This model also incorporates (optionally) a closing profile at the back of the box to prevent rainwater from seeping down the wall. So with the awning open in case of bad weather, there is no point where water can get in. (acrylic tarps are waterproof)
The concept of a chest awning is always, apart from the aesthetics, the maximum protection of all its elements, and in this case, both the canvas and the set of arms is fully integrated and hermetic inside the box.
The dimensions of the closed drawer are 26 cms. of output x 17 cms. high, so that once closed it takes up very little space.
The set of side covers of this model, unlike other awnings in the sector, are made of lacquered aluminum just like the rest of the elements.
