Pavelló esportiu de Serinyà
Installation of motorized vertical awnings in the Serinya pavilion.
Project for the installation of vertical awnings in the Serinyà sports hall. (Pla de l'Estany)
To solve a problem with light and temperature inside the sports hall, 14 vertical awnings are installed on the side windows of the building.
The vertical awnings are 4.40 metres wide and 3.20 metres high and an 80 mm roller tube is used to prevent deformation or wrinkles in the canvas.
They are made with Sauleda 100% Polyester Top FR acrylic canvas (Fireproof M1) with a motorised opening and closing mechanism (Somfy RTS motors) and controlled with a Telis 16 RTS remote control that allows the individual operation of each awning, in groups of 7 units or all at once.
To carry out the installation, a scissor lift suitable for the height where the awnings were placed was used.
