Project to close the terrace of the Les Oliveres restaurant in Riudellots de la Selva (La Selva)
The restaurant terrace is closed with 2 sliding awnings (6.00 m wide x 5.50 m wide) and 6 vertical curtains with a transparent PVC window on the sides with a lateral space for entering and leaving the same.
The canvas used is acrylic (Sauleda) in beige and the aluminum is extruded in white.
The sliding awnings (double macaroni guides) have a minimal lateral inclination that makes the water not remain puddled and so it falls laterally.
The advantage of this type of awning is that they can be collected in their entirety, leaving only the aluminum structure in sight.
The concept of the transparent PVC window gives visibility to the outside as well as protecting the space from wind and rain.
And the system of vertical guides of 40 x 120 mm. make the canvas go down inside them and thus it is completely closed and protected.
They are the ideal awnings for closing terraces in restaurants and hotels.
