Project for the installation of awnings in a community in Girona with different models of mechanisms depending on the needs of each terrace or balcony. In the lower parts of the building (terraces with garden) extendable arm awnings with projections of up to three meters are placed, in order to have the maximum shade during the hours of sunshine. On the balconies of the flats from the 1st to the 3rd floors, extendable arm awnings with a 1.75 meter inclination are installed to avoid the frontal sun and balcony awnings fixed to brarán to cover the lateral spaces and thus achieve privacy from the neighbours. On the terraces of the penthouses, model awnings are placed. Box (or Chest) of 5.00 meters wide x three meters of projection to be able to cover the maximum possible space for sun protection. The awning structures are made with the Silver coloured aluminium rally and the canvas is Alabaster 8157 (Sauleda). The motor and automation systems are Somfy RTS with sensors (Soliris Sensor RTS). In the installation process of the awnings on the attic terraces, we use the support of the crane truck to be able to lift the materials onto the terrace.
